I went to them, wasted an entire morning and part of the afternoon waiting for a simple tire change, which they managed to put on wrong. Not to mention wanting to charge almost a thousand dollars for a trailer tire—that's unbelievable. I had to cancel the service and was able to get it fixed at a shop in Flagstaff in less than 30 minutes for less than half the price, exposing how bad and incredibly expensive the service is

Mechanic comes at 11 and the tire guy come at 8 it’s a joke not a mechanic shop

I signed up for a battery replacement, they told me to wait 30 minutes, when it was my turn they said we were leaving, wait another 4 hours.
