Broke down in their parking lot due to a leaky air can on my trailer and they don’t have a mechanic, have no clue if the one will even show up tomorrow and when I called back to see what time we’d know in the morning the guy told me “I don’t know I don’t work that shift” I responded with “well that ain’t helpful” and explained my issue and they guy (deep voice) hung up on me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Love’s Truck Care location.The service I received was unprofessional and careless from start to finish.My trailer light wasn’t working and instead of properly diagnosing or fixing the issue, the mechanic broke my original working light.He replaced it with a new one then charged me an excessive amount for it. These guys are big liars, I had air bag leakage in the trailer and these guys told me there will be waiting time of around 3 hours, i agreed on it but they made me sit there for 10 hours and 20 minutes, they started working on the trucks those came in after me. Once i was in the bay it took them more than 3 hours to replace air bag. Don’t trust on their waiting time, they don’t respect driver’s time.
