Unfortunately, my experience with this employee was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Her behavior toward drivers was disrespectful and appeared discriminatory. We are customers and professional drivers who come here to do our jobs. We are not homeless people or second-class citizens who should be treated with disrespect or humiliation.
