My truck won’t prime fuel after oil change . I asked and explained the at front desk he said he doesn’t know about external pressure fuel primer. When I told him to ask mechanic in shop . His response was I asked my boss and we can’t do it . Pressure fuel priming is the most common thing and it takes only 10 seconds . lazy attitude!!!! .

Sitting here in front of the shop watching, nobody do anything for over two hours waiting to get in there to get my license plate light fixed but nobody’s doing nothing. Both doors are open. They have trucks and they’re just sitting nobody’s working on anything. All I need is a license plate light fixed . So after I got into a door after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, they did not have a drill to replace the bracket so I had to leave. Unbelievable Bentley replaced lightbulbs they said.
