Here for going on 6 to 7 hours and still waiting in the bay for over an hour and have yet to have anyone touch the 2 tires we came to have changed. They require you not to be in truck but we have a dog who can't be in the building.
Employees do not know what to do AT ALL and cannot even find a simple company name and spent about 20 minutes or even more with Caley just to check in. Too slow, too annoying please do something with it please
I got there for an oil change on my rig and it was fast and professional. Thanks guys for the hard work and making it affordable!
