On June 23, I had a flat tire and already had a spare tire ready to install. What should have been a quick 30–40 minute job took several hours. Jerry and bradley worked very slowly and did not appear professional. Truck drivers' time is valuable, and waiting several hours for such a simple tire service is unacceptable. Management should address the speed, efficiency, and professionalism of the service team. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this location
