Very disappointed with the service at this location. We stopped with a steer tire issue and asked them to inspect and install our good-condition spare tire. Instead of helping, they refused to check it and claimed it was bad without even a proper inspection. The service manager, Austin, was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. No effort to assist or communicate respectfully. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone — poor customer service and zero willingness to help drivers on the road.

I don’t know why they come out with weird questionable excuses to not serve customers instead of just saying I don’t wanna work.

I need only trailer inspection I wait in garage more than three hours only for annual dot inspection. And then they can't write correct even truck information, I don't come again.
