Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was disappointing. The customer service and communication fell below the professional standards I expected. I left feeling that my time and money had not been well spent, and the experience caused unnecessary frustration. Based on my visit, the shop’s 2.2-star rating is understandable. Significant changes in customer service and professionalism would be needed before I could consider returning or recommending this shop.

I checked in for an oil change at 1:00 PM and gave the staff my phone number. They told me the wait would be 3 to 4 hours. After waiting 4 hours, I went back to ask why I hadn’t been called. They claimed they had called me, but I never received any phone call. I checked in again, confirmed my phone number, and even had them call it to make sure it was correct. If you want to waste your time, come to this place. The service is terrible. I arrived at 3:00 PM because of an air leak, and there were only two trucks ahead of me. By 9:00 PM, they finally had me pull the truck into the shop, but they didn’t do anything to it. Then, at 10:30 PM, they told me the mechanic who handles air leaks wouldn’t be back until the next day. In the end, I wasted an entire day there.
