I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my truck in at 5 PM for brake repair and was told I would need to wait about 2 hours. Instead, I was left waiting for over 4 hours before they even checked my truck. Then around 11:45 PM, they told me the part was not in stock and had to be ordered—something they should have informed me of when I first arrived.
