I waited five hours for an oil change. They finally brought my truck into the shop, but nobody worked on it, so I had to leave. The mechanics were rude and dishonest. They were just sitting around instead of working.

We called the roadside assistance for the blown out tire. The tire replaced came over and said that brakes need to be replaced as well. However, that mechanic wasn't able to replace it so he called for another roadside assistance. The 2nd roadside assistance on site looked at the problem and said he doesn't have the right part but he will be back with it. In 3rd roadside assistance visit he realized that he got the wrong part. So had went back and only in the 4th visit they came over with the right part and fixed the issue. ... read more

Worst roadside service experience I have ever had. I was told a technician would arrive in 2� hours, but I waited nearly 6 hours. When the Love’s Truck Care representative finally arrived, he was dismissive and unprofessional. He shouted, “Get back in your truck!” when I stepped out to check the repair. When I asked him to sign the DOT repair document, he said, “When you want to work in America, you should know English,” and made a disrespectful comment about another Mexican customer. Shit shop, shit people, I had a tire changed on my trailer; I called for roadside assistance, and a guy came out, changed the tire, but didn't return the part to me. When I brought it up, the representative was extremely rude, insisting that they were right and I was wrong.
