I stopped to get a drive tire repaired. The first 2 hours I waited, there were no trucks in either service bay being worked on. Shortly after the 2 hr wait they had me pull into an open bay. Total, I was there over 3 hrs to have an outside drive tire replaced. Too long....

Literally every five minutes they have to stop and talk for 30 minutes about stupid stuff until you actually have to ask them to please return back to fixing the truck. I cannot believe every time I walked away they would stop working and wouldn’t return back to fixing my truck until I actually had to say something to them this happened probably five or six times
