Absolutely terrible experience. One of the worst service shops I’ve ever been to. I brought my truck in for a simple tire issue, and instead of fixing it, they completely took everything apart and then told me they couldn’t fix it. No responsibility, no solution — just wasted my time. When I asked them to put everything back together so I could leave, they did — but then refused to inflate the tire, saying it was “not safe.” That makes absolutely no sense, especially considering the tire was NOT flat when I arrived. Employe Dave very rude person, start to yelling , i came early 6 morning and they skipped me 2 times ! Be aware

Place is ridiculously slow. Tried to do pm, they skipped me couple of times. Checked in at 10am, was told max 2hrs before we take you. Now its almost 6hrs, and drivers who came after me, got their things done, instead of going by the order you came!!! This place needs new management and better workers!!!

Checked in for a dot on my trailer. Told they had one in front of me, would be 45 mins. Waited over 3 hours and watched them start pulling in trucks that came in after me. Went back in just to find they over looked me. These loves care shops are quickly becoming the joke of the industry. 2+ hours of nothing in bay and they forgot. Loves should have to compensate for my lost time.
