Customer service is ok, but they are slow and freightliners have right of way in front of Volvos. So If you want to spend 4h to exchange a light on trailer or try to fix something else and then someone comes they will tell you they do not have time to fix your problem despite of fact you entered the bay. Go to Utah if you want truly to be treated as customer.
