No wait time but young kid still learning took longer than it should have to replace a trailer tire
Very bad experience at Love’s. I checked in for an oil change and was told to wait about 20 minutes and that they would call me. Instead, I waited almost 4 hours, and nobody called. When I asked what was going on, they said the service technician was sent to another service call and his shift was over. I waited for hours and my oil was never changed. Extremely unprofessional service. The most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with.
