I’ve been a long-haul truck driver for over 10 years. I’ve been to hundreds of service centers across the country — some terrible, some decent. But what happened today at Love’s Speedco genuinely impressed me. This was the BEST team I have ever encountered. Absolutely terrible service. Brought the truck in for what was supposed to be a quick repair—ended up waiting nearly 3 hours. They promised over the phone they had the parts in stock, but once we got there, suddenly they didn’t. The shop was dirty, the staff was rude, and they left oil stains all over the truck. No accountability, no urgency, and definitely no respect for our time. Never coming back.

Worst experience in the trucking industry by far. Took our truck in for a simple air leak fix—they had us sitting there for over 4 hours just to tell us they couldn’t find the issue. Mechanics stood around, laughed, and wasted time while we lost valuable hours off our route. Completely careless and disrespectful. No communication, no urgency, just attitude.
