I definitely didn't read the reviews before I stopped. Needed a wheel seal replaced. Got pulled in at 330pm. Finally finished at 930pm!!!!!! Average wheel seal takes 3 hrs. Mechanic did more of walking around,smoking cigarettes, and holding conversations than working. Also replaced wheel bearings( was told that was an extra 2 hr job when they had the bearings already out). Believe the reviews. If you wanna waste a day, this is the place to come to

I’ve been a long-haul truck driver for over 10 years. I’ve been to hundreds of service centers across the country — some terrible, some decent. But what happened today at Love’s Speedco genuinely impressed me. This was the BEST team I have ever encountered. Absolutely terrible service. Brought the truck in for what was supposed to be a quick repair—ended up waiting nearly 3 hours. They promised over the phone they had the parts in stock, but once we got there, suddenly they didn’t. The shop was dirty, the staff was rude, and they left oil stains all over the truck. No accountability, no urgency, and definitely no respect for our time. Never coming back.
