I came here for an oil change for my Western Star car hauler. I told them in advance that my truck has low clearance. They said it’s not a problem and that they could do it, just asked me to wait an hour or an hour and a half. In the end, I waited 4 hours, and after that they told me, “Sorry, we can’t change the oil because your clearance is too low.” I have no words for how irresponsible they are with their work. I’ll never come back here again
