I call to ask one — literally ONE — question: “What’s the wait time right now?” You’d think I asked them to solve a quantum physics equation. After a few awkward moments of confusion, they just… hung up. No answer, no “please hold,” just click. I honestly don’t know where Love’s is finding their reps lately, but it feels like they’ve gathered so many dumb customer service reps in one place it’s almost impressive. I called with what I thought was the simplest question possible: “What’s the waiting time right now?” Somehow, the rep didn’t understand, got confused, and instead of actually trying to help, just hung up on me. I’ve been stopping at Love’s for years, and I’ve noticed a steady decline in how customers are treated. Too many of the reps seem untrained, uninterested, or just plain rude. Basic questions get met with confusion, important details get skipped, and there’s little effort to make things right when problems come up.
