I call to ask one — literally ONE — question: “What’s the wait time right now?” You’d think I asked them to solve a quantum physics equation. After a few awkward moments of confusion, they just… hung up. No answer, no “please hold,” just click. If this is Love’s idea of customer service, then congratulations — you’ve officially invented “customer disservice.” At least now I know where all the dumb customer service reps in the country hang out. I honestly don’t know where Love’s is finding their reps lately, but it feels like they’ve gathered so many dumb customer service reps in one place it’s almost impressive. I called with what I thought was the simplest question possible: “What’s the waiting time right now?” Somehow, the rep didn’t understand, got confused, and instead of actually trying to help, just hung up on me.
