Hello, we came to change our 8 tires today. There was a lady named Brenda here. She is very disrespectful and rude, she definitely does not listen to customers. She speaks by shouting loudly. We think she has a nervous problem, she needs to get urgent support, I think she scares people. I don't think even her own staff is happy with her. I kindly ask someone to be polite to this lady. She is decreasing the quality of the Loves company.
