Was in 10/9 for a pm service and a few light were out. I had to leave before the lead mechanic returned back from pterbilt. Now 10/10 I arrived at 7am and the lead mechanic hasn't started working in my truck for an hour. When he opened my hood he let the full weight drop on the hinges. Just doesn't care about my truck.
No good service
PM was done perfectly and timely.
