Says they are opened at 6:00 a.m. it's 7:15 and I have to sit and wait for them to get done driving around emptying trash cans that can wait instead of taking care of a paying customer very poor customer service skills the trash can Wait you take care of the customer waiting to have work done being us truck drivers get paid by the mile while these service technicians get paid by the hour so they don't care how long it takes them to make us wait I find it very ridiculous and unprofessional

I want to say thanks to Aaron or get me back on the road. I was having some tandem problems and he got me out of there with the quickness. I appreciate you guys thank you

Very poor service and misleading communication. We were told to wait at Love’s and were clearly informed that we would be called first as there were no other customers ahead of us. Based on that we waited on site as instructed. We ended up waiting over 5 hours and during that time two other trucks were serviced before us despite being told we were next. No updates,no explanation and no accountability. Because of this delay our delivery is now running late. We also tried calling multiple places for tire replacement but there ... read more
