“I visited loves #380 recently, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite arriving well before closing time, I had to wait an excessive amount of time (4 hours ) before being attended to. The staff seemed unprepared and unorganized, which was very frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service to ensure a better experience for future visitors.”

Заміна колеса - 3 години, за цей час можна всю машину перевзути… навчіться хоть щось робити, а не вдаєте з себе спеціалістів Навіщо перевіряти мені акумулятори, фільтра і остальне якщо я звернувся до вас з шиною? Ця робота потребує кращого сервісу

They made me wait 8,5 hours to PM service just to hear in the end they can not do it today. Roadside calls are priority here and/or staff are being too lazy. I would like the management to pay more attention. It is Friday afternoon it is obvious that you have a lot of visitors for pm and maybe other services too. Maybe need to schedule for more people.
