The older white hair gentleman named KARL working the back is so extremely rude. No hello or anything and walked away in the middle of my transaction and told another lady to handle me. As I walked out and he yells my shower number 4 with some much aggression. No have a good night or Thank you for shopping at Loves. No need to be nasty Karl. The showers are nasty and the walls are covered in mold.
Levi and Keith were my mechanics and they did a amazing job with my PM and other fixings of my truck. Levi provided me with a diagnostic report that revealed a faulty code that is messing with my AC. He also solved a traction problem I was having with my rear axles. Ty, the manager, was professional and got me squared away upon my arrival. This shop will get the job done truckers.
This shop deserves zero star I checked in for DOT inspection and then they called me at 10 PM. They said we can’t do it today very unprofessional.
