I came here for the first time on 02.21.25 for an oil change. I am very grateful to the guys (Jeffrey Moody; Jovanny Baires) of this shift who helped me. You guys are the best. I will definitely recommend you to my colleagues. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Put truck in shop for pm,they started pm and then told me they didn't have but one of the fuel filters.tried to be nice told them ok.when it was time to start truck wouldt start threw code for fuel system not primed.told me it's was my fault for not pumping accelerator when I was cranking it.ill never use another loves after this,people that don't know what their doing training other employees.oh yeah tech told me I probably needed a parked regen had I ever had one done before.you can't make this stuff up.
The worst costumer service. They came to fix my truck , but they didn't do absolutely nothing ,and they asked 390 $ for nothing.Never use this truck service !!!!
