Formal Complaint Regarding Improper Tire Installation Dear Shop Manager, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the recent service performed on my semi-truck at your shop on 08/21/2025 WO#4007623888. Specifically, the tire installation was not done correctly, which created a serious safety concern. I want to thank Dustin for replacing my steer tire in a timely manner and even offered me a cold water. I explained to him that I had fractured my arm and was trying to get home to go to the Dr. in my hometown and he sure did help me get home. God bless
