This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Love’s. It took four hours just to change two tires, and in the end, I left with only one of them replaced. The employee, Izaiah Galvez, took his sweet time chatting with another worker. After three hours, I asked the guy at the front desk—who was very polite and attentive—to please speak to them and tell them to hurry up, as I still had driving to do.
