These guys really need to understand how to do the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! no respect for the drivers and have zero knowledge of repairs.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK. SMALL JOB I HAVE TO WAIT LONG. THEY DNT WANT TO LISTEN PRETENDING LIKE SO HARDING LIKE🤷. LITERALLY WORK 10-15 MINTS nd TAKE BREAK FOR 30 MINTS. I WAIT AlMOST 40 mints for BILL ONLY, they dnt know how to make literally. AND I EXAMINE WHOLE DAY, EVERYBODY WAS DISSATIFIED.THEY JUST CHILLING, EATING ND SMOKING. Matt in the care shop was awesome, he went above and beyond. Helped me with my truck, gave me a great recommendation for a place to stay and suggested a great taxi service. This man knows his stuff !!

I got here at 12pm checked in and was told I had one truck ahead of me which was fine. He took all my information down. Then that truck after four hours to change two tires left they pulled in another truck fixed the mud flap. Took a hour break and then left. I walk up at 6pm and ask if I’m getting in tonight and he says I’m not on the schedule and he doesn’t have anyone coming on night shift and his roaming mechanic is having an issue. The guy said to wait in line for 5 hours. I went 5 hours later - they were closed. Don’t trust them(((
