Our driver went to change his tire on 5:15 pm They said come tomorrow to change a simple tire They are very lazy sitting empty and dnt want to do anything On site its showing 24hrs loves care but they dnt care about driver Management please supervise urs mechanics

First and foremost, after request for a second tire change (pic included) the lowes mechanic left the 2nd damaged tore on without repair, putting my heavy haul nuclear load at risk. Loves at this location left me as a Heavy Haul, with very dangerous issues that were discussed, and subsequently not only ignored, but with an attempt to cover it up Sent a mechanic to change a 17.5” rim flat.
