6 hours for the oil change "Unprofessional mechanics" The worst shop I have ever seen. I sent my driver there to do the oil change, and it was like 2 hours of waiting time and about 1 hour for the oil change. But it took 6 hours to do it. They had no suitable filter, and they ordered one. They did not even update us that they do not have parts (Usually, professional mechanics update the dispatch). Checking in for simple light repair at 14:50. Was told i should be getting a call in about 4 hrs. It is now 06:30 still no phone call.

Checked in at 9 am. for a PM. They didn't start on it until 8:30pm. It's almost 11 pm, and they still aren't finished.
