I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Love’s Travel Stop. I arrived and checked in for a shower, only to be told by the front desk lady that showers were not available. I waited patiently for over an hour, thinking they were being cleaned or in use. When I followed up, she told me that none of the 7 showers would be cleaned and she manually made them out of order. Normally a goid truckstop...the shop guys have been good in the past. My complaint in lowering a star this week is the Laundry is out of order. A pipe burst is posted on the door. Go ask the shop guys to fix a pipe for you...I'm sure they can handle it.....

The layout for the pumps is awful. Line up back to the interstate. Grid locked so no one can get in or out . Needs re doing
