Bryan is a liar who asks for X before doing the job and 1.5X after doing it. He doesn't know how to talk, he just yells (I understand, it's human psychology to suppress injustice and lies). He's one of those incompetent people who scratches the entire rim while changing a tire and breaks two lug nut caps... I hope you only encounter people like yourself for the rest of your life.
Ian and Donovan were amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. They serviced our APU and we are very happy with their service. This will be my normal spot for getting our maintenance done.
