I have truly never received such exceptional service from a mechanic shop. We had a major mechanical issue with our truck, and we needed to get all the way to the other side of the country. We are extremely grateful for Jessie, one of the managers at the Loves shop. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you for taking care of us!
Stop by for a smal fix which had to take maximum 2 hours, turned out into 24hrs because the guy at the shop forgot to order parts. Running a time sensitive load, and now we are trapped here with a lot of issues on our heads. DONT COME HERE, GO TO THE OTHER SHOP Ran into this shop on the 14th of November, it's 18th now and they still didn't get the part. Just a reminder, all of this because of a worker who cut a wrong hose.
Zac did a great job replacing my tire at 0300 this morning. Great customer service! Thank you!
Showers were broke. Bathrooms were behind nasty!
