Super slow don’t wait in here for changing 1 tire I’m waiting 3.5 hours still waiting I don’t recommend this store ‘’PLEASE TRUCKERS’’ do not stop for repair oil change or anything for truck.

Pulled in my truck to get a tire changed at 6pm last night. They reassured me that my truck would be ready first thing in the morning. I stayed at a motel a couple miles down the road and showed back up at 8am this morning. I pull up to both bays empty and my truck still sitting exactly how I left it. All they said was call customer service. This place stinks! There’s a Southern Tire Mart 20-30min down the road in Bham. If you need an actual repair shop find another shop.

I put on new tires on the pen ski truck Penske they don’t balance their tires so I came here while it’s new trying to balance it. I asked them is it your balance are working they told me yes, is it good they told me yes they told me it’s gonna be approximate wait time two hours But I was waiting for four hours. Their balance is not working. They finally somehow put on the balancer, but could not type it right tire was wobbling on a balancer and they tell me it’s balanced we put on the weights on it.
