Poor service these mechanics are getting payed without work so they don’t want to work and pretending that they are so busy. Companies need to step up and check on them regularly so then stop wasting time and companies money
Was in line with a 2 hour wait for service.At about 1 hour 50 min into my wait the bay's emptied out and a truck that came in after me got pulled in ahead of me.Spoke shop and he informed me that it would be another 3+ hours before they could get to me.Thanks for wasting my time.
I checked in 7AM told all the details , need to replace the airbag and after 5 hours waiting they called me and i get my truck in shop and they told me they don’t have airbags, literally wait 5 hours even after check in just to hear that dont have the parts, guys make sure to ask first if they have parts before check in .
Says 24 hours working, but everybody sleeping closed door.
Very unprofessional Don’t recommend
