Wasted $650 for an airline on trailer repair. This is simple one hour job, but they charged me 3.5 because they like to waste time or their mechanics are learning how to do the job.

Worst shop lazy employee they’re hanging around the shop but they put the Driver in line. I just need a DOT inspection. They put me for two hours and then call me that we’re not available till tomorrow. I checked in 1 o’clock afternoon. They put me online for two days for the DOT inspection, which is very stupid

Terrible service and a complete waste of time. I waited for hours while employees were clearly available, but nobody seemed interested in actually working on the truck. The service is extremely slow, and they make customers wait for no good reason. For truck drivers, time is money, and this place does not respect your time at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this shop to other truck drivers. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.
