Poor service these mechanics are getting payed without work so they don’t want to work and pretending that they are so busy. Companies need to step up and check on them regularly so then stop wasting time and companies money
Was in line with a 2 hour wait for service.At about 1 hour 50 min into my wait the bay's emptied out and a truck that came in after me got pulled in ahead of me.Spoke shop and he informed me that it would be another 3+ hours before they could get to me.Thanks for wasting my time.
