Got here at noon for a trailer airbag and a tire. Got pulled in at 1:45pm didn’t get my tire changed until 3:30. Then around 5:30 they inform me they don’t have my airbag and had ordered it but nobody picked it up and the parts store was closing so that was basically it wasn’t able to fix my airbag. I don’t really blame it on the workers here they said corporate doesn’t let them pick up parts so I’m guessing they get a third party delivery but that is not an efficient way to do it.
