very rude and unprofessional services. I spent my half day just to fix my trailer connector. When I asked the worker for my turn. He rudely said it could take 5 more hours to come your turn.
Bad service
Stopped to rest for a couple hours with a pull behind trailer. I asked the man at the counter around 8:30 pm today if we were allowed to rest for awhile. He said absolutely no problem and then he walked me outside to show me where we could possibly park and be ok. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he absolutely needs a raise. We are traveling an extreme far distance and this man took the time out of his day to make our night better.
