Very Poor Service, Unprofessional Management, and Unjustified Charges! We sent one of our brand-new 2027 Freightliner trucks with less than 5,000 miles to this Love’s location for its first oil change. The truck came in with absolutely no issues and was running perfectly fine. After they completed the oil change, the truck wouldn't start. Our driver asked them to check what happened, and they told us that air got into the fuel system during the service, causing the truck not to start. I have never seen a place in my life that is this careless, laid-back, frustrating, and slow, with absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. They are completely incompetent and not worth a penny

I pulled into the parking lot, and it was 3.79. I look down at the pump. It was 3.79, it jumped up 3.89 while I was trying to pay and they said nothing we can do. Corporate does that at the main office. They just list my business. Who changes gas prices at after 7 at night. Probably so they can jump it another. 10 cents tomorrow. I bet I'm right!

They had about four guys there at 4pm I needed a tire replacement, but the worker said they were on a road call and couldn’t service me unless I waited for their call, which could be a while. If they focus so much on roadside work, the shop has no staff for general tasks like tire replacements at that time. It should be listed as roadside assistance only since they’re mainly called for roadside jobs.
