Absolutely terrible service. It took 9 damn hours for this shop to replace a simple 7-way cord cable. That’s a basic fix that our driver could have done himself in minutes if we had known that was the issue. Instead, we lost an entire day sitting around waiting for something that should’ve been quick. Every single hour I called, the service desk kept saying “the mechanic is working on the truck.” Turns out that wasn’t really the case. Thay don’t know nothing
Sal and the rest were awesome!!! Needed a steer rim replacement and some new air and electric lines from truck to trailer. Very well done y'all!!! Everyone was very friendly and professional.
I do not recommend anyone to come here. They are very rude and do not know how to behave with people.
Ever never try to come at this location, especially in the morning shift because the manager is a lady but she feel like a man which is not she have attitude and she is the worst person. I have seen so far and loves Tire care shop. I hope the HR department will take care of that lady.
