Lluegue a las 9:30 por una llanta tronada. Antes de las 10:20 ya estaba listo el camión. La señorita fue muy amable y también los muchachos, fueron rápidos. Muy buena experiencia

Hugely disappointed. Arrived at 3 PM for a replacement of a trailer light. It is now 8 PM and still awaiting for staff to show up to service my vehicle. No chance at arriving at my delivery on time anymore.

Absolutely terrible service. It took 9 damn hours for this shop to replace a simple 7-way cord cable. That’s a basic fix that our driver could have done himself in minutes if we had known that was the issue. Instead, we lost an entire day sitting around waiting for something that should’ve been quick. Every single hour I called, the service desk kept saying “the mechanic is working on the truck.” Turns out that wasn’t really the case.
