Staff do the best they can but I also do blame other truckers on being filthy and dirty
This Loves service center is horrible. I've been sitting here for over 3 hours just to get a stupid oil change. Two hours of that time was just waiting to get the phone call just to pull into the shop! These techs are slow and the only answers they have to questions are "we don't have that kind" or "we don't have that size." It ridiculous to understand how this place is even operable!
I do not recommend this service, the wheel was replaced in 5 hours.
