Love’s Truck — complete unprofessionalism and disrespect to customers! I came in for an oil and filter change, they promised 1–1.5 hours. I waited 3 hours. For the last hour, all bays were empty, and employees were just sitting, chatting, and laughing, completely ignoring customers. When I complained, they finally moved my truck to a bay — another hour passed and they still hadn’t started the work.
