I had a very horrible experience with the day time manager who pushed the 1st shift work on to the next shift. I was very upset. But the afternoon shift manager Alex and the mechanic John were absolute ALL STARS! Love's corporate really needs to award these two individuals who actually care about Love's customers they actually treat us drivers like human beings for once. I commend both Alex and John , I had to delete my previous 1 star review and gave 5 stars because they really turned my experience at this Love's truck care... read more
Never go thir .. went to check in 8pm by the morning they have not call .. Went for 2 steer tire change.. and pm service. Stay away from here ..
The service quality was excellent. My company called for roadside assistance for me at a different parking lot. Eli arrived quickly and performed the work very fast and professionally. Thank you very much! Eli is a true professional and a pleasant person to interact with!
