Was told 1 hour wait time! 5 hours passed all bays open. Nobody willing to work! Bunch of liars
Excellent service from the Love’s mechanic team! We arrived at night with our truck derated and with very limited power. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part we needed in stock, but they took care of finding it and arranging to have it brought in all the way from Houston. The part was delivered around 4:00 AM, and by 7:00 AM they were already calling our driver to bring the truck into the shop. Took long to get me in and when they got me in the tire technician went on a road service call making me wait another 5 hours to get my tire changed
