Absolute worst customer service! I spent $30 for just two items, and the staff member started a ridiculous argument over a tiny plastic bag. She made a huge fuss and practically refused to give it. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and petty behavior over something so small. Never coming back here again and do not recommend it to anyone

Came to the truck care simply for a fuel filter and water separator filter to be changed. Checked in with then around 2:30pm. Was told it might be a few, then about an hour later went back to simply buy the filters to do it ourselves. At that time I was told I was next in line and that it wouldn’t be long and they’d be calling me in. Decided since it was gonna be quick I’d let them do the job and mentioned adding a little Freon to the ac while it was in if they could since it was 110 outside. Said no problem. Taking 30 minutes break at the fuel pump while the next guy in line just went to get food inside and not fuel up it’s the norm on this location, there need to be a security guard to avoid others waiting 1hr to fuel

fast service and shout out to that guy Marcos. Definitely one of the most professional people I’ve ever met in this whole industry. Super friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. Definitely a gem you guys have. I really hope he is getting paid fairly!

I reserved a shower because my 8yo son needed to use the toilet - he’s not used to public restrooms, as it was his first trip with me. I carried him from the truck to the shower room because he was in pain from holding it too long. When our turn came one room wasn’t cleaned yet. We used it so he could relieve himself.
