My driver arrived at Love’s with a flat tire. Not only did they refuse to accept a work order and require payment on-site, but they also made the driver remove the spare tire from underneath the trailer himself. Love’s Truck Care charges outrageous prices while refusing to do even the most basic parts of the job. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly encourage other trucking companies and drivers to avoid getting repairs done at Love’s.

Great management here and the workers bust their ass. I had new brakes put on and trailer issue next day. The brakes were adjusted too tight, but they had another loves get right on it and fix them then I still had a trailer issue. I stopped back in and they’ve got me in and fixed it immediately very friendly people from my experience. They’re above average with getting you in and getting you taken care of so all in all, this is one of the better places to go to.
