The manager of this shop needs to work on organization skills. Went to try and get the tirepass service and was told that they have a truck in the bay for 7 tires. And that they have other jobs in line. Only 1 of the 2 bays have a truck in them. Asked about using the outside air hoses so I can do my tires myself…was told the tech doing the 7 tires is using those air hoses. Great customer service Gage

5 hours of waiting — and in the end they just canceled my order because I dared to ask what was going on. When I arrived, they told me the wait would only be “10–15 minutes.” Fine, I waited. Then I watched cars that weren’t even in line get pulled into the shop before me. Nobody called me, nobody explained anything. After a while they said, “another hour and a half.” I waited. I needed 2 bolts to hang the tire inflation unit back up ended up spending 4hrs while they did a 130point inspection. They have no business so they creating some, company drivers steer clear of you have places to be. Super friendly staff though.
