Terrible customer service; staff with bad attitudes and sour expressions, showing very little willingness to help if you ask for assistance with a product.

Dude says his computer is down and then slams the garage door shut. Moments later my dispatcher sends a work order over and he approves it. Clearly dudes not trying to do his job. Now Im paying twice what that wouldve cost from Pilot's Southern Tire Mart. And I will most likely miss my delivery appointment. Dude needs replaced.

Very disappointing experience. This Love's Travel Stop was extremely dirty. The trash bins were overflowing, making the property look neglected. There was no windshield cleaning water available for trucks, while several staff members appeared to be busy on their phones instead of maintaining the facility. The coffee area was also dirty and poorly maintained. Management should ensure the facility is kept clean and that staff members are properly trained to focus on customer service and their responsibilities. I hope they impr... read more
