I Lost a day . I still haven't changed the oil.
I am am oversized driver and only allowed to drive daytime hours. I had called 2 hrs before my arrival to verify that the shop would be open and able to do a pm at about 7pm. They said yes that isnt a problem and the shop would be open til 10pm. I arrived just before 7 and after waiting over 10 mins with nobody in the shop and no customers. Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Service I had one of the worst experiences at the tire shop at Love’s. After replacing a trailer tire, I specifically asked the staff to check the tire pressure to make sure everything was safe before I got back on the road. They told me it would cost extra. I agreed to pay. Right after that, I was told there was no one available to actually perform the pressure check. That makes absolutely no sense.
