Stay away from this location, jaymes tomlin the tech will remove parts from your truck and then lie and say he did not do it , then the proof is on video that he did it and lied is sent to risk management for loves and they will replace the part then play games and say we got to look into it , we will pay for part , then we have to look into it !
Just a terrible shop. Avoid it at all costs! They are incompetent and have no integrity
So I arrived on this location to attempt to purchase a new trailer tire. This shop is Empty, no trucks or trailers being worked on, the shop service trucks are there so they aren't out on road calls. The service writer is sitting behind the desk discussing sending a technician home. But they tell me I'll have a two hour wait because they are swamped with work and shift change is going on currently?? Not recommending this location
