The first time I’m giving a 5 star rating to a Loves Truck Care! These guys were great! Friendly, professional, good humor, and excellent communicators!!! Seems like I came across an all star team!
Amazing customer service and a great group of mechanics. My first contact was with Dane and he had perfect customer service. He let me know how long it would take to get in for a PM and got me checked in efficiently (very calm and polite demeanor). Tyler called me and let me know we were ready to pull in. He knew what we needed done and asked if I needed a new cabin filter, which I had forgot about and definitely needed. Jake and Jared worked on my truck and did a great job. One of the best shops I’ve gotten service from. Followed an air problem to several sources and got them knocked out quick. Brakes at 100% now. Tyler, Jared, and Red are pros. Extra points for having seating in an air conditioned room while you wait.
Best loves truck care very professional I went 5/ 28/25 at 9:30 pm and they fix my brake chamber in 30 minutes I really appreciate and recommend this service location and Tyler is very professional
