When I got there, the employee which the name I rather not expose, told me it would took about 1:30 for him to start my oil change... Then calls from here, he squeezed a truck in front of mine and left for a road side assistance; the next shift arrived and they had no idea who was there first, instead of talking to the clients, they kept on hiding here and there... I ended up spent 6 hours waiting for the freaking oil change. To describe them extremely politely: They're not professionals at all.
