When you receive service that's extraordinary, it needs to be recognized. After fueling, I came inside, I was greeted with a big Welcome to Loves!! Then I finished my transition at the fuel, and I received a Thank you for stopping at Loves. After parking and returning to shower, I see this friendly person cleaning showers. I just wanted to recognize Kay, for her phenomenal work to make this stop (7/21/25), a great one for me.

We had our credit card stolen at this location. AVOID this gas station, a simple gas stop ended up taking over 40 minutes because the pump was "broken" I'm sure the staff at the McDonald's and the Love's were working together to steal card numbers. We had several fraudulent charges from the Love's and the McDonald's before they went on a shopping spree all over town.

I've frequent his spot quite often. Unfortunately, ALL Cashier are miserable and it shows through the service they provide. While servicing a customer Cashier yelled across the building to tel l Chesters staff something. That was very unprofessional and completely rude on the cashier's part. Chester's food has been dry, old and completely inedible.
