My shower was ready around 6:30pm Friday 10/24/25. Shower #6 was not cleaned, lady just walked in probably just dried the floor and walked out. The toilet had pubic hair all on the seat WORST OF ALL once I turned the fan on and my shower got nice and warm, I IMMEDIATELY started sneezing non stop! They have mold or strong chemicals in the water or SOMETHING. I’m not sick, I arrived in good health and not sneezing at all and the management can even check the cameras. Please inform staff that blowing past two obviously handicapped women to get to the handicapped stall is inappropriate, as is the language at an offensive volume.

Extremely poor customer service given by employee Hector from this location at 2015 Bluff Rd. After waiting for over 10 minutes at the propane tank to get a refill. Hector finally came out To fill my propane tank. After taking him about five minutes to hook the hose up to my propane tank. He turned on the machine and said that it was going extremely slow and wasn't filling because he didn't have the right tool. The attitude from the employees is terrible. You say “hi” they roll their eyes and remain silent. You ask a question and immediately get hit with aggression. I guess being polite to who’s polite to you is not a thing anymore. Do better.

Terrible, impolite staff. There was no coffee available. Waited 10 minutes to pay for my purchases.
