Workers are lazy. I reserved a shower at 1230 am and by 2 am I’m still one person waiting in line for a shower. I walk in and there’s absolutely no one in the showers or at the fuel desk. I asked this worker ( a lighter skin lady with horrible tattooed eyebrows) was there anything wrong with the shower services or app. She said with an attitude, the shower will be ready when the app tells you. SLOW-CO, not speedco. no trucks and they saying we really busy, come back tomorrow. not sure what management looking on. so messed up.
