I recently spent $108 on a upgraded DELUXE funeral arrangement that shows 12 red & pink roses and green hydrangea. To my horror, I saw the trash that was delivered looked WORSE than a $20 grocery store bundle of random flowers. 2 red roses, 2 pink roses, random flowers of orange, yellow, red and purple! No where near the same value! 60% of the roses were missing! The MOST they would offer is 25% refund. This was done through a site called Blossom that acts like it is a LOCAL florist.
