I cannot speak to the quality of cleaning service but to the appointment process and cancelation. We canceled because, upon reviewing our carpet, we realized it was really beyond cleaning and needs to be replaced. Setting an appointment was a snap and so was canceling. If this is an indication of the kind of service we could expect, it's stellar. Sorry I couldn't have you clean our carpets, but grateful for the way you organize your business!

200 dollars was what I paid and it was well worth it I was very pleased thank you loves carpet cleaning

Not at all happy with the service I had. When the tech showed up with his trainee he quoted $159, then I told him I had a coupon for $20 off my service. They did 1 large front room, 2 small rooms, just around the furniture. They were done in less than 30 minutes. When I see the bill, it's $169. I ask if he deducted for the coupon and he said yes, but he added on a pet enzyme for $45, which I didn't ask for and doesn't show on the bill. So, if you add up the numbers it doesn't make sense. They did a great job! Arrived on time and were very pleasant. Carpets look great! Stains are out, looks new again. Highly recommend!
