Love's is my new favorite convenience store. They are the cleanest I've been in no matter where I go. Most convenience stores don't have their food on the rollers or heating areas but Love's always does. Bathrooms are extremely clean and are pretty big. At this location there is a Godfathers Pizza express and a Chesters Chicken. I wish the store employed more people for the workers who work for those express restuarants because they were overwhelmed and didnt have the time to do everything expected of them. Waited over a HALF hour for 4 pepperoni rolls that we PAID for. They then sold 2 of our pepperoni rolls that we already paid for without saying anything to us. Absolutely unacceptable.
My daughter's car wouldn't start after getting gas and wasn't having any luck finding someone to help. I am in Oklahoma and was stressing out. I called and talked to Kimmy and she asked the maintenance man Mike to go out and see if he could help. He jumped the car and she made it back on the road. Thank you to you both for helping this worried Momma out. You guys rock!!!
The store manager is racist. My husband and I are traveling with our kids (Hispanic family) why should that even matter right. We were about to pay and my husband asked for his tobacco due to him just renewing his drivers license from Texas he has his paper Id issues by DOT. The general manager was giving us looks since we walked into the store and when it came to pay he refused to take my husbands temporary valid ID.
