I came in to get a subway sandwich it's almost like my nightly routine. But here for the past month or so I come in and there's a younger lady who looks masculine. She's rude and always seems as if she's in a bad mood. She's very unapproachable and unprofessional. No matter how bad your day is you put on a smile for your peers/guests. As of right now, I don't think i'll return or just come in the daytime. Guess i'll have to find dinner elsewhere.
One of your workers Stephanie makes my day when I come in. She always has the sweetest customer service. I have never had a problem coming in when she is there and I wanted to just say how well she works.
No reason why someone should have to wait for an employee to make 4 Subway sandwiches before they can check out to get gas at 6am. I ended up just leaving. Maybe hire a Subway employee AND a gas station employee.
