I was here a little past 6am when they were mopping and the mopped area had a very musty putrid smell. It did not smell clean at all, as if they were using an old musty mop that made everything smell a lot worse.
They said 2 hours in queue Waited 3 hours to get pm service, no one called

I appreciate the Love's stops because the service is always good and for the most part they are usually clean. This one was clean and stopping at 3:14 in the morning. We could appreciate it. Cleanliness of the facility. And the staff were also welcoming.
