So upset my son grew his hair out for a year! Showed the ginger haired girl a picture of what we wanted she said Ive been doing this for 10 years I got you. However halfway through I noticed her cutting a lot more than I had asked..she said oh I'm adding texture! Anyway she cut an inch off the front !!!!! And inch and half in the back my kiddo was so upset!!! And the side burns were a mess! Had to go to a different barber to clean up the mess and now we restart all over again! Positive note it's summer time lol
I came in with my bangs overgrown and need a trim the barber literally had to pull out her phone and take a video of me.i did not consent to photographed. The most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with any sort of buisness. I didn't make a fuss but I'll never be back and any chance I get ill talk about my experience.
I recommend going anywhere else in town, reading reviews people have had similar experiences as i have with the staff
